Power supply circuit (two bus communication)

Lighting distribution circuit一The terminal power supply circuit of emergency lighting fixtures connects the circuit between the distribution box and the emergency lighting fixtures. According to the Technical Standard for Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication Systems (GB 51309-2018), the rated current of the lighting distribution circuit should not exceed 6A, the number of connected lighting fixtures should not exceed 60, and the total rated power of the connected lighting fixtures should not exceed 80% of the rated power of the distribution circuit.

Power distribution output circuit一When supplying power to lighting fixtures on different floors along the vertical direction of the electrical shaft, the power supply range of each output circuit of the emergency lighting distribution box (or centralized power supply) should not exceed 8 floors in public buildings and 18 floors in residential buildings.

Two bus communication一Data communication is achieved through a DC24V (or DC36V) power supply line, achieving both power supply and communication between the two lines.

Communication circuit

Network backbone一Main controller and sub controller networking communication circuit; The twisted pair bus topology architecture is adopted to support Fiber-optic communication and 4G network communication.

High speed communication circuit一The system PC communication circuit connects the circuit between the industrial control PC and the network adapter.

Communication circuit一The area terminal circuit for system bus communication connects the network adapter in the controller to the area router in the emergency lighting distribution box (centralized power supply+distribution device). Adopting a twisted pair bus topology connection architecture, with a communication line distance of s2700M, or a free topology connection architecture, with a total length of communication branch lines ≤ 500M

System Limits

Distributor service loop一Number of emergency lighting fixtures ≤ 60; When the rated working voltage is DC36V and the rated working current is 6A, the rated power of the connected lamp is ≤ 172W; Rated working voltageWhen DC24V, with a rated working current of 6A, the rated power of the connected lamp is ≤ 115W.

Communication circuit一Up to 100 routers can be connected, with each router equipped with ≤ 120 emergency lights.

High speed communication circuit一The number of communication circuits connected is ≤ 2.

Basic System Network一Single machine network, capable of connecting up to 2 high-speed communication circuits and up to 3200 emergency lighting fixtures.

Large System Network一Multi machine networking; Main controller connected to emergency lighting fixtures ≤ 3200 units; Can be equipped with 3 sub controllers.
